Apple has unveiled Apple Invites, a new app designed to simplify the process of creating, sharing, and managing invitations for any occasion. Available now for iPhone users, Apple Invites allows individuals to easily customize invitations, track RSVPs, contribute to Shared Albums, and enjoy curated Apple Music playlists, making it easier than ever to plan and share special events.
Apple Invites can be downloaded from the App Store or accessed via iCloud.com/invites. iCloud+ subscribers can create their own invitations, while anyone can RSVP, regardless of whether they own an Apple device or have an Apple account.

Beautiful Invitations for Every Occasion
Creating an invitation with Apple Invites is easy and personalized. Users can choose images from their photo library or select from a curated gallery of event-themed backgrounds. Built-in integrations with Maps and Weather provide guests with directions and the day’s forecast, ensuring they have all the details they need for the event.
After the event, attendees can contribute their photos and videos to a shared album, preserving memories for all to enjoy. Apple Music subscribers can also create collaborative playlists, allowing guests to contribute to the soundtrack of the event directly through the app.
Apple Intelligence Enhances Customization
Apple Invites leverages Apple Intelligence to make the invitation process even more creative. The app’s Image Playground feature lets users generate unique images based on concepts and descriptions, while Writing Tools assist in crafting the perfect invitation message.
For example, for a child’s birthday, users can generate a birthday cake image to accompany the invite, making it even more special and personalized.
Simplified Event Management
Hosts have full control over their invitations. They can manage guest lists, share invites via a link, review RSVPs, and customize the preview details, such as the event background and location. Guests can view and respond to invitations through the Apple Invites app or on the web without needing an iCloud+ subscription or Apple account.
Premium Features for iCloud+ Subscribers
iCloud+ subscribers can access additional features within Apple Invites, such as expanded storage for photos and videos, advanced privacy features like Private Relay and Hide My Email, and more. Subscribers can also take advantage of HomeKit Secure Video, custom email domains, and Family Sharing to share their iCloud+ benefits with up to five people.
